over the weekend some friends and i went to Ruschmeyer’s for an early dinner. fun, fun, fun!  Ruschmeyer’s is like summer camp for adults – it’s a hotel with a restaurant, bar, ping-ping court…i mean, they have something called the Magic Garden, and there are teepees on the lawn!

better still, the menu takes advantage of all the local farm and seafood goodness in the area. we had an amazing lamb terrine, whole roasted porgy, burgers with duck-fat roasted potatoes, roasted peach salad, and some killer chocolate and vanilla trifle with orange and raspberry.
